Welcome to Golden Triangle Tour Experts, a unit of Maharaja Trails. By accessing our website or booking any tour or travel service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All tour bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment and send you a written confirmation via email. Prices mentioned are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
2. Payments
Advance payment is mandatory to confirm any tour package. The balance amount, if any, must be paid as per the payment schedule shared at the time of booking. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of the booking without any refund.
3. Cancellation & Refund
All cancellations will be governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy mentioned on the website. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after receiving a written cancellation request from the registered email ID used at the time of booking.
4. Tour Itinerary & Services
The tour itinerary is designed to provide the best possible experience; however, Golden Triangle Tour Experts reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel any part of the itinerary due to weather conditions, road conditions, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Such changes do not entitle the customer to a refund.
5. Hotel, Transport & Third-Party Services
Hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other service suppliers are independent entities. Golden Triangle Tour Experts acts only as a booking agent and shall not be responsible for any deficiency, delay, accident, injury, loss, or damage caused by these third-party service providers.
6. Travel Documents & Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to carry valid travel documents such as ID proof, passports, visas, permits, and tickets. Golden Triangle Tour Experts will not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising due to improper or incomplete documentation.
7. Health & Safety
Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, accidents, trip cancellations, or loss of belongings.
8. Force Majeure
Golden Triangle Tour Experts shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or change in services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
9. Website Usage
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Golden Triangle Tour Experts or Maharaja Trails and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Golden Triangle Tour Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the booked services.
11. Amendments
Golden Triangle Tour Experts reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
